I had a chance to meet this family on a cool Sunday morning. They did not have newborn photos done of their son and were very excited to have them done for their daughter. I always plan my sessions around that individual family. We walk through their home and find out what rooms are important to them and what shots are important to them. I love getting to know the families so I can create images that speak to them. This session was no different. We made sure to keep things natural, organic and focus on a few big brother shots. Enjoy.
Despite clouds and a bit of drizzle, this families first professional photography session was perfection. They were happy to have fun, run around and explore our Roswell location. What a great start to the 2015 fall family season!
Just 17 months prior I was photographing this sweet boys older brother. Now that baby Luke has joined the family, I was honored to be selected again to document these sweet moments.
The beautiful leaves, the pumpkins, the boots and sweaters! The fall family photography season is quickly approaching. This year I am offering sessions in the late afternoon/early evenings Friday, Saturday and Sundays in September and October. My baby girl is set to arrive in November so dates in November will be very limited.
I met the Cohen Family on a very hot (96 degree+) Friday afternoon. I'm thankful they were up for just a tiny adventure when I asked them to meet me off a dirt road at an overgrown field at Kennesaw Mountain. We stuck to the shade and cooled off with watermelon at the end. This was my third time photographing these adorable twins and I'm really happy with the shots we got. Enjoy!
When Ginger contacted me to get updated family portraits I could have been more excited to get out into the beautiful April weather. We really lucked out with a warm Sunday morning. We found out that fruit snacks might just make a 3 year old smile. I love that this family updates their portraits in the spring. Many families do it in the fall just in time for that holiday card but things can be so rushed. Spring is more relaxed, fun and a great time to capture your family being themselves.
I met this sweet girl and her mama on a Saturday afternoon for some cake smashing. Each of my sessions are truly built around each client and their specific tastes. Baby M's mom wanted something simple and in colors that went with her daughters nursery. She was a bit shy at first but made sure to provide lots of smiles. Ultimately we ended up with a big mess and a happy baby!
